Thank you for shopping with NuroEdge. We are committed to getting your orders processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we exclusively ship domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with a network of reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS®, and FedEx, to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout. The exact cost is based on the size and weight of your item(s) as well as the shipping destination.

  • Free Shipping: At this time, we do not offer free shipping thresholds.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

We work hard to get your order out the door quickly.

  • Handling Time: All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and packing before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Order Cutoff Time: There is currently no daily order cutoff time for placing orders. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit Time & Total Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, transit times will depend on your location and the carrier selected.

  • Average Transit Time: Carrier transit times vary, but standard domestic shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days after the package leaves our facility.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Taking into account both our handling time and the carrier's transit time, you can expect to receive your order within 4–7 business days from the time your order is placed.

(Note: Fulfillment times may occasionally vary depending on the supplier and the exact destination).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

6. Shipping Delays & Liability

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times provided at checkout and in this policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control once an order has left our facility. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.
